Frequency of payment: Payment plans can be created for debtors who have payments pending. So you can opt a specified period of time in which he will have to remit the amount.

Fax Messages: There are predefined templates for email or fax messages. So you can either create a message or fax or use the predefined template, according to your convenience.

Automated Call Reminder System: Automatic Call Reminder System reminds debtors about their debts using user defined texts. Thus through automated call reminder system you never miss, reminding debtors of their debts (though it is inactive for the time being).

Reports: You can view the call log reports, summary reports, email messages, fax messages, payment plans and call reminders of various users in ‘Easy Collect’.

Email System: Our ‘Easy Collect’ provides you with a better interface for managing email messages. It provides full functionality you expect from an e-mail client, including MIME support, folder manipulation and searching messages. It includes the following features:

Different stages of debtors: Debtors can be classified under different categories like ‘active’, bad phone’, bad address, payment in full, partial payment, ‘bankruptcy’.

Collector’s Performance: Collector report keeps you updated about collector’s performance. It provides the total collection by the collector in a particular period of date time. So it helps to find the efficiency of the debtors and hence improves the overall productivity.

Debt collection: ‘Detailed collection report’ of the ‘Report’ tab assists you to know at a glance how much debt has been collected and how much is still in progress.

Phase Reports: Now how will you know that how many demand letters were sent to the debtor? This is where the phase reports play its role. Through phase report you will be able to know the count of letters been sent to the debtor and the amount that has been collected from that debtor and much more.

Automatic Billing Process: Automatically generates invoices for the services in every Month. It helps in tracking your billing on monthly basis.  This way you can keep an up-to-date billing record of all your clients/customers.
