Empowers your employees to request leave, shift and work time changes themselves with supervisor authorization. Employees can check their own attendance information such as in time, out time, break time, absence history and planned leave etc.

Supervisors/Team leaders can access and administer the modules either remotely or over the company network. Supervisor functionality includes checking, editing and approving anomalies, planning absences and shift changes and reporting.

Our TMS allows restrictions to be placed anywhere, prohibiting or allowing selected employee access during various hours, monitor individual employee or departments separately, provide live tracking of employees and real time count of people in each departments.

Our access control system can sound an alarm when a selected entry point is left open for longer than a defined time, or when someone attempts to gain access to a restricted area. Our TMS provides all logs and transactions on the movements of employees showing when and where access has been granted and denied.

Our TMS has the provision to track the log history of resigned employees as well. The access cards used by the resigned employees can be reused for other employees. If any employee forgets his/her access card the same day access and working hours will be added even with the help of temporary card issued for that day.
